Cold and comfortable rooms . The hospitality was perfect from staff . They even sent me tona real good mexican restaurant.

Beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was ready upon arrival. Breakfast was hot and there was a good variety of options. Room was clean and neat. Price was fair. Tons of dining options and shopping options nearby.

Check-in was faster than expected. At the front desk, we were assisted by Christian and he was extremely helpful and courteous. We were on the first floor and although I anticipated noisy neighbors from the 2nd floor, that was not the case and my family had a nice, restful night. The suite with 2 queen beds and a private room with 2 bunk beds was large enough to accommodate 4 people. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a garden bathtub over the standard bathtubs typically seen in other hotels. We had breakfast one morning and the food was good. The beds were perfect and we loved the cushiony pillows. My family would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Pleasant weekend stay.. Great breakfast... courteous staff, especially housekeeping. Spouse had a personal problem and they cleaned it up right away... definitely gonna stay here next time I'm down this way

The staff is super nice and respectful...the hotel looks old already, hallways are hot, rooms smell old and look old. To go to the gym, you go to the next door hotel and the building smells like a home kitchen, like someone just cooked with lots of onion, that building has no AC and same for gym, it only had a square fan to ventilate the place...stinky also. Don't think we will be coming back.

The combination of a beautiful property and incredible staff made it a truly delightful experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

I've stayed at this hotel several times and the experience is great 90% of the time. Even, though I've stayed in different rooms during each visit, I've experienced problems with shower water only getting luke warm. It's definitely an issue with the shower faucet mixing chamber/valves because the bathroom sink will always have hot water. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the location is very centralized, and the continental breakfast is decent.

Delicious breakfast: scrambled eggs, with potatoes, refried beans, tortillas, salsa + yogurts, breads, pastries, oatmeal, etc. Called front desk because TV in room wasn't working, within 2 minutes someone had come to check and in less than 10 minutes I had a replacement. Friendly staff, daily housekeeping service. I wish the bed linens had smelled more like bleach.
